The design and manufacture of electric motors is one of the most frequent requests from our customers. With more than 30 years of experience in the industry, we specialize in copper wire winding, molding, co-molding and soldering, and can offer a high-level customized package.

Thanks to our different types of Marsilli winding machines, we are able to handle the most diverse categories of concentrated windings. We study, check and validate the ideal welds for each application.

Our molding department is capable of producing multiple types of components with different materials and fillers to meet both in-house production requirements and customer-specified finished products.

We monitor every stage of production through the experience of our skilled operators and the use of the latest metrology and testing equipment.

We quickly validate design choices by building functional prototypes quickly. We make use of 3D printing technologies, rapid machining and special windings for real-time feedback.

The design and manufacture of coils and solenoids represent one of the most significant aspects of Tecpool’s identity. By handling countless wire types and being able to meet multiple requirements, we are able to provide coiled, overmolded, and wired components depending on customer needs and assembly requirements in the final application.

We take care of the mechanical and electromagnetic design of the wound components considering the requirements and standards required by the customer.
